Douglaston Development’s 3Eleven Reaches 50% Leasing in Less than a Year

Douglaston Development announced today that 3Eleven a 938 unit, 60-story mixed-income, highly-amenitized residential property has leased more than 50% of the available inventory. The property, located at 311 Eleventh Avenue, West Chelsea is at the intersection of Manhattan’s West Chelsea district, Hudson Yards, and Hudson River Park. The leasing campaign began in August 2022, less than one year ago.

3Eleven consists of 938 residences (703 market-rate units and 235 affordable units), with 60,000 square foot of indoor and outdoor amenity space for residents, as well as 15,000 square foot of retail space on the ground floor.

A partnership with Uprise Art has enabled the lobby and amenity areas to feature unique artworks from local emerging artists. This contemporary art gallery offers tailored art experiences that fit into the aesthetics of spaces where people live and work. Residents will also have access to pet care services through a partnership with Throw me a Bone. This company offers veterinary, grooming and pet walking at their homes.

3Eleven is situated in Manhattan’s West Chelsea, close to the Hudson Yards, The High Line and the Hudson River Greenway, as well as many restaurants, art galleries and shopping options. The building can be reached by public transportation via the 7-subway at 34 th street – Hudson Yards as well as several bus routes.
