Cushman & Wakefield has announced that it was awarded an exclusive contract to market a retail property of 10,181 square feet located at 470 Broadway.

Cushman & Wakefield will lead the marketing efforts for the seller with Hunter Moss Robert Burton Michael Gembecki, and Bobby Carrozzo.
